After a blizzard forces a young musician to take shelter in an abandoned conservatory, she finds herself trapped in a capricious labyrinth woven from the melody of a long-dormant Nocturne. Armed with little more than her wits and viola, her journey to the Proscenium is met with creatures imbued with trickster spirits who aim to imprison her within the conservatory walls for good.
